Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number and the return shipping address.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the products to prevent damage during transit and include a note with your name and Return Authorization Number inside the parcel.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
